Definitely informative and helpful. This DMV does have an ADA compliant testing area with braille throughout the facility as well as wheelchair height death that is served by a DMV representative. They do have ADA compliant restrooms and our wheelchair vans fit comfortably. You accept appointments at this location and of course Zenith NEMT can take you there!

Very good for a DMV - Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about Vallejo DMV. Failed my friend at Vallejo by rude instructor but passed here just a few days later. Take your test here and the line isn’t so bad.

Have not been inside a DMV office for a few years but had to go today. I’ve always dreaded going into DMV for anything but was in and out within 30 mins with the queue they have now. Pretty cool to get a text with my number and being able to see where I was in line.

Was there to Renewing my real Identification driver's license. They were pretty busy there was a line but they were moving and you weren't waiting too long. So I was in and out about within 20 to 30 minutes. No mask required.

Best DMV experience I've ever had. Updating my drivers license, did all I could online, received a confirmation code and went to DMV the next day to finish up. Got in at 8, out before 830. Every employee I encountered ( 3 ) was kind and efficient! :))

Man I haven't been to DMV for a while and wow I was in and out in 5 minutes seriously. Walked In got a number sat dawn my number was called right when I sat down and bam my transaction was done. I didn't catch the name of my clerk but she was super nice and very helpful. Thank you DMV for your help I'm all set .

Im giving 5 stars to Ms, Carmen she did an amazing job. I recently Lost my husband of 25 years. I went to the DMV to transfer the vehicles into my name. Ms Carmen was very comforting and made me feel so much better that day. Each mile stone is hard for me and she made it a smooth transition. I am glad to have had the opportunity to meet her

Dmv's are tough to rate sometimes but this Dmv was pretty fast and helpful. The person I delt with knew exactly what was needed and took care of the problem with my paperwork. Waved fees due to no notifacation cause of a problem with paperwork. Very friendly. Good experience.

it's a DMV in California. You are going to wait, and wait, and wait...and wait some more! The staff at the Vacaville DMV seems a bit nicer and friendlier than at any other DMV I've been to in California. So if you need them, and I did the other day because I lost my license someplace, they are pleasant and willing to help.
