William is a true professional and great motivator. My son was a little bummed after not passing his second written try. William motivated him and pushed him to take it again right away. He was right, it worked out and my son passed. YESSSSS!!! Thank you so much William!!! Boricua!!!!!

I always go to the DMV on Arvin. Not so crowded, very courteous. I didn't have an appointment - no problem. In and out quickly.
I brought my kids to take their driving test and the written test. They were very polite, respectful and professional.
Very nice staff , walked in about an hour early for my behind the wheel test and took it about 10 min after i got there. The test was very easy and the instructor was the best! I forgot his name but he was wearing a cowboys hat.
Arrived at my appointment and everything went by smoothly. I appreciate the understanding and patient workers. I'm glad they know how to show a smile which made me feel comfortable.
I did not has appointment but walked in the door to the window and they started my renewal process for my real license. Very friendly and efficient. I was there for a total time of 33 minutes. Best DMV experience ever.
Vehicle reg renewal was fast and painless. Only 5 numbers ahead of me when I got my ticket. Less than 10 mins at the window.
Easily the best dmv I have ever been to. Never been to a dmv where they are helpful and thorough and want to get you on your way. Absolutely blown away at the efficiency compared to every other dmv.
The girls here were very patient with two senior citizens, my wife and I. We were very happy to pass the vision test with our new glasses from America's Best. The study we put in paid off - we passed the written test! The girl who helped me replace my missing handicapped placard was very patient helping me get the paperwork right. We are now all "real ID'd" up.
Definitely a five star. All employees were extremely nice and helpful. I was able to take care of my license real quick. It could not be done better.
