Laura took care of me and I was early for my appointment. Took me about 10 min to renew my Comercial license and no wait.
I had to update my driver's license as well as my registration it took me exactly 33 minutes and 41 seconds I went very early in the morning there was a line it was very short I have three customers in front of me and they had three agents on the floor with one supervisor everything went very smoothly

Went to renew drivers license. Short wait to get called to window. Givin paperwork and sent to take test on computer. Completed test and past waited about 2 min and called to window and givin temp license until new one comes in mail. Was told about two weeks. We will see.
The lady ( Liliana) that assisted us was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I had also called and could not get ahold of anyone. The manager got involved and that is the only reason why I am giving them a 3 star rating.
Very quick really small dmv renewed my commercial driver’s license. Parked my rig in front of office. Not much people there in line was in and out less then 30min compared to waiting over an hour in line.

I was in and out of here basement driver's license and less than 20 minutes not to mention the shirt I was wearing sparked a conversation with one of the nicest DMV clerks I've ever come across
Most understanding out of 3 dmvs today. Main office never took money for our registration. Had to pay again.... They were quick and helpful and allowed us to pay with express checkout.
The person who greets you outside makes for a delightful experience at the DMV. Nobody wants to go there but we have to. I would say if I had to go to DMV. I would drive to Blythe. Good people who enjoy their job, and their customers are the reason the drive is worth it.
A veneer of gruffiness masking quick efficient friendly service. They are aware that many of their customers just drove to the Blythe office for 3 hours on I-10 and are just plain road-weary. They go the extra mile to provide the service needed. Also, by the way, thanks to CA DMV for their exceptional appointment reservation system.
I was on my way to Arizona and thought of stopping by to do my registration and I'm so glad I did because I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! The girls that was working there was efficient and friendly. Glad I had a superb experience from this DMV!!!
I was traveling through this town and set an appointment. Plenty of openings. Showed up two hours early and there were two people ahead of me.. . Got all my items done with some good assistance from the male gentleman that works here. The lady worker was helpful but seems to cater or be more friendly with locals.. it surprised me how many people knew each other when they came in after me. Still great to be in a small office and have a short wait.
