Lack of staff. 1 person only to attend with an appointment and without an appointment the same person attends and therefore a lot of time wasted. Even with an appointment, if you arrive early, you are only served until your appointment time.

The two gals at the non appointment desk were awesome! The person I talked to obviously knew her business, and was very very thorough with everybody in front of me. She understands the DMV process and is obviously a valuable, DMV employee. Great job!

All the agents were very professional and pleasant. I was super stressed going to the DMV to renew my license, not knowing what I would have to go through, but even though it took about an hour, in the end I realized it wasn't so bad. The people I dealt with were efficient and polite. So happy to be done and grateful for people who went above and beyond. Kudos to all the people working in such a stressful environment.

Great service if you have proper paperwork. Suggestion: Get on website early in the day, wait for a text notification to "come to the entrance", it'll be 5-30 minutes before your reservation shows up on offices' television screens to direct you to one of 20 counters.

I've had to visit this place a few times recently and I must say, the DMV is not somewhere you want to be. The 2 individuals that have helped me recently though have been very pleasant and very patient. This DMV seems a little more organized than most.

Building is clean and employees are polite. Everyone is getting Real IDs so I waited about 2 hours once inside since I didn't have an appointment, but there is lots of seating. It's better to go around 11 because it was pretty busy right at 8.
