This DMV runs like a well oiled machine. It was the quickest experience of my life. Staff was very friendly. Make sure you have all the items/paperwork required for your visit and it will be quick and painless. The later you go the longer the wait; however, you can make appointments online.

Although clearly understaffed, the employees are helpful and patient. I overheard some very complicated stories that the staff needed to deal with, so that helps explain the wait time. And one guy was staffing 3 different windows - sliding back and forth to keep the lines moving.

The examination area is so noisy. Employees allow peaple to talk with each other while other people still taking writen test. People taking the written test read their test questions so loud other people couldn’t concentrate on their own test questions.

Make sure to arrive around or after lunch time when the lines are shorter (or sometimes, no lines at all). The information desk guys are friendly and upbeat! And the DMV staff are very accommodating.

I don't know why this place has a three star average. It's the typical DMV wait period and procedures, but the people have at each time been nothing but extremely helpful and nice. It would be nice, however, if they gave receipts for cash payments.
