Well I like to go to this DMV in Rancho cause it's fast , big , clean. Today I took the lady I take care of, the man forgot his name at the computer window was so rude and mean. Ashley who works the camera is a dream, if it wasn't for her I'd still be waiting for them to call my number

So nice and organized inside. Thirty customer service stations. They've been there since 2014, and it was my first time at this place. Our appointment was at 0920hrs, and we were out of there at 0917hrs. Sa-weeeet!

Started the process online, brought a lot of paperwork it said to bring yet still had to go back home to find my marriage license from 42 years ago ! Wasn't happy about that but all in all, pretty easy process to renew and get a Real ID.

initial walk-in was a hour wait to see window 22 who is the definition of lazy government employee. came back to wait another hour and was helped by a very nice lady at Window 14. crap shoot if service will be good or bad.
