Be prepared for a little bit of a wait. For example, if you have an 11:30 am test scheduled, you probably will take the test around 1:30 pm. The staff is nice and very helpful.

Relatively quick in and out. Unfortunately you are made to wait outside until you are called to take the test and there is NO shade until around noon. This is especially worse during the current heat wave we are experiencing. Bring your own shade and cold drinks!!

It is the DMV. Yesterday we showed up at 12:45 and they said that they were not taking anymore new applicants. We showed up today and were able to at least get a number. The way they have it set up is actually pretty cool. Since everyone has a smartphone, well almost everyone, they will send you a text message when you are ready to be seen. I do think that that is a better way to do things, this way, if your hungry, you can leave and come back

Most dmvs I've been to are kind of depressing looking, this was surprisingly warm and clean. The workers got through the line pretty quickly and were pretty friendly and answered questions patiently. I was there a little over an hour and got my class a permit quickly.

This place was great. I went to another dmv in Fontana, they were great to but if you have a cdl just come here, they know their stuff. They easily cleared up a problem that the regular dmv couldn't fix.Show up early just like any other dmv and you'll be out of there in a few minutes. Fast and friendly staff.

Came in and dropped my medical paperwork on 11-29-17. Despite all the bad reviews on yelp, everything went very fast and smooth when I came. The employees are friendly, helpful, and polite! This place is way better than going to a regular DVM for any CDL needs!
