My visit was great except for the person who helped me, instead of giving me what I asked for she argue with me and argue with me until I left without taking my Class C test again which I need for my new job. Shame on her. Just give me what I asked for instead of arguing, it's my problem if I have to pay to take a test for a class B on top of taking a new test for class c.

the staff is neutral, went at 2 PM, kinda busy but they seemed like they had a long day so I can’t blame them. The driving instructor was very informative, helped and gave within the areas that I needed to work on.

I wasn't expecting to get anything done today due to all of the requirements for registration of an out of state car. I had all of my paperwork needed and low an behold it only took about two hours total. I had no appointment. The afternoon line on Friday wasn't long. The reception desk lady was speedy and efficient with a smile. In fact everyone was smiling which made my day. Thank you DMV Gilroy California!

Had an appointment to take my driving test and didn't have to wait at all. The customer service was surprisingly good and I didn't encounter any rude workers. My driving instructor was really nice, made me feel comfortable during the test, and gave clear directions. The line was really short and basically empty as well after I finished my test.

Best time to go is an hour before closing, everyone is still in a bad mood, because they want to go home (which is understandable). But no lines! Yay!
