Every employee I talked to here was helpful and friendly and efficient. Just accept you're going to have to wait even if you have an appointment. Came here with an appointment to switch my license to Real ID. Uploaded documents online at home, not sure how much time that saves. I appreciate the people here

On this trip to DMV I was very pleasantly surprised when I was assisted by a wonderful lady with a beautiful smile. Kathy Evan's was not only helpful and patient with my needs, she also stayed with me throughout this tedious process. I had to return to the office 3 times and each time she called me back to her window and worked with what I had. All DMV employees are not like Kathy. She needs to give some lessons in patience and kindness. Thank you Kathy. I know you cannot accept gifts, so just know how much I appreciate you and your work ethic.

BEST DMV EXPERIENCE EVER! I have to be honest- based on reviews, I was expecting to have a really bad experience. I had an appointment and filled out my information online. Checked in. Waited 15 minutes and after taking a photo and testing twice (failed the first), I was out in less than 1-1/2 hours. Staff was very pleasant and answered all my questions. There was no line outside when I got there.

Went early for what I needed. Got there within 20 mins of their opening. Was out within an hour. The lady that helped me at window 6 or 8 was really nice. Maybe I got lucky but I didn't have any issues.

Only stopped in for an ID renewal which is fairly quick especially since it’s just computer stuff and paying. Anyway, I’m waiting and the lady at counter 22 is literally so cute and fun. The staff is really laidback. Even the dudes at the computers are helpful. I feel like the reviews about the staff having attitudes are very self-inflicted. They’re most likely receiving the same energy they put out lmao.
