I had a 9.50am appointment and I went there around 8.10 am, was out of there by 8.34am. Everyone working there were so helpful and nice. Even the non appointment lines were pretty low. I would reccomend this DMV to anyone! There's ample PARKING if you reach early! Thanks to everyone working there who made things super easy for me!

While renting a car late this afternoon, I realized my license had expired. After a failed attempt to renew online, I went to the CA Lincoln Park DMV on Mission Road shortly before closing. Given the throng of customers in various lines and seated waiting for services, I was prepared to encounter public employees stretched thin with attitudes to match. I was overjoyed to experience a level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer service from Donavan, Ms. Tanya, and Michael that I rarely find anywhere! I had to write and express my appreciation---they made my week!

Best DMV in L.A, we had an appointment and was out in less then 2 hours. Employee Michael and Joe were so helpful and friendly. They were able to answer my questions and help when I was having trouble with online DMV services. I don't mind driving miles to come to this DMV. DMV offices need more employees like them and need to be recognized for there excellent service.
