This has got to be the best DMV ever. I got there at 7:50 and had a short wait before they opened. I had no appointment, 2 people ahead of me so short wait. Gave the receptionist my info and wundow3 was waiting for me. Updated my info, did the eye test and a new picture, out the door by 8:20. Yea!!! My advice, renew your D/L on line with e-course option. Take it at no pace, no rush or pressure.

The staff here was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to encourage my daughter who is challenged with test anxiety. They encouraged her, gave her tips on how to relax, and celebrated with her when she passed. I have never ever had such a wonderful experience at the DMV. Cindy is an angel disguised as a human.

I really enjoyed my time today at the DMV thanks to an employee named Diana she was straight to the point fast and accurate she was also very polite and friendly great customer service skills....the whole experience was unique.... Los Banos DMV is The Worst, it's pretty BAD when the clerks your dealing with are chewing gum like a Horse while talking to you. I wanted so bad to tell her to spit that shit out and be professional. There is only one Person in there that smiles. Everyone else must b smelling Poop . Come on ..... the only reason I gave them any stars , cause you have to in order to write a review
