It is nice and quiet place to do your dmv document. It is not as crowded as other dmv. Now they don't give you the paper ticket but text you and remind you before your number is ready. Employees are nice and willing to help.

I went to get a temporary DP placard. It was full of people with few empty chairs. I was directed to an expedited (short) line to get my number. I walked out one hour after I received my number. Not bad.

This is my second visit to this DMV field office for renewing my Real ID, and once again, the staff was courteous and efficient. They provided prompt service, and the wait time was significantly shorter compared to other nearby DMVs. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Went there on Tuesday morning Line was about ten people deep. Wait time about 20 min to get in. I did not have an appointment. Once inside the wait was about 15 min, person behind the counter was polite and efficient. Photograph taking wait a bit long and no chair. Overall experience was better than any other DMV experience I had.

Great experience with this DMV! I came in to get my Real ID and change my name after getting married. I completed all the forms ahead of time online. I arrived about 10 minutes before they opened at 7 and was in and out within 20 minutes! This is the second time I've had a great experience with the Los Gatos DMV. This will definitely be my preferred location from now on!

This place is always smooth sailing. Sure, there's a line out the door... but it only takes about 15min from the outside to innards of this dmv place. From then, they give you a number. This takes a little longer though... I'm still waiting at the moment and it's been 30min in addition to the 15min outside. Tip: come early, warm, and bladder empty. Oh yeah, don't forget your water. Pros: they have some good channel on, so it's easier to manage the wait.

With a lunchtime appointment I had a 30 minute wait but once I was served it was fast and efficient. This location has mostly recovered from the real ID demand it appears. The online estimates are not accurate though so I would clear an extra hour from your schedule to be safe.
