Cleanest, quickest, most friendly DMV office. The lady at the check in was very polite and patient, and the lady that did all the paperwork was specially bubbly. Needed a license renewal with name change and new photo, was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Unheard of at a DMV office :)
I used the get in line on my phone so I got my number and didnt have to get in the line just to get the number. I was in and out in a half hour! Very satisfied.
Went to take my nephew to get behind the wheel test 30 minutes early an they did it before his appointment time was at 9:40 an he was at the wheel at 9:15 am they did it early , he passed thenk God , ladies are very nice an patient , God bless them
Weird as it is to say...this was a pleasant experience. We did 2 things WITHOUT appointments and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very impressed.
DMV Online appointments are faster also was able to check-in 10min earlier via the text appoinment message link. Just read and follow the instructions carefully. No need to get in line to wait for your turn to check in since the automated check in service assigns the call number automatically. Wait time was about 15min.
Usually there's no parking and the inside of DMV is standing room only but have figured out afternoon appointments are the best. Inside is less crowded and parking lots empty. The workers were friendly .
Nice and friendly customer service. They have changed things a little bit. You can go online and fill out the necessary forms before you go. They also have a kiosk for renewals. There was a little bit of a line but was still easy in and out.
They got me in eight minutes after my appointment which is good for the DMV. The lady who helped me was nice. The guy checking people in was great.
Went smoothly, only took about an hour (that included me having to do the "paperwork". They were very nice and helpful
I came in 15 min before they closed. The security guard was incredibly helpful. He showed me the Registration Kiosk and also showed me every button to press. In less than 2 minutes I had my tags in hand. He was so nice and experienced. I just moved here and it makes me feel really great knowing my first experience at this DMV was a positive one.
Very please with the gentlemen who assisted me who was bilingual he help my mother in Spanish speaking and he made sure all her paper work was correct thanks -ben
I LOVE this place. I was planning on working today, but then I realized that I had to hook up and drive my trailer here because they couldn't simply accept the VIN electronically. Joy! This experience has made my day. I will say that there was very little wait time, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
As an accumulation of times, I've come here, I've never had to wait very long and the service has always been personable.
I think that with all the time away from work due to the pandemic; the DMV employees have become friendlier and a little bit quicker at their jobs. In general, I am used to waiting 45 minutes to an hour and a half for service without an appointment, but On my most recent visit I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. As of this review, they currently require all customers to wear a mask. It is loosely enforced in the lobby but is more strictly enforced for behind the wheel test due to the close proximity between the student and the driver.
I had a delayed appointment to renew my DL and get my ID. They notified me of my new appointment and all went efficiently. Very polite clerk.
I was a little discouraged reading the reviews for this location as I was going there to get my driver's license for the first time at 21. All the people I interacted with were nice, and I had Michelle as my instructor who was great! I did have to wait in my car for about 25 minutes, but it was a busy morning so it was understandable. Pretty pleasant DMV.
