Nice and friendly customer service. They have changed things a little bit. You can go online and fill out the necessary forms before you go. They also have a kiosk for renewals. There was a little bit of a line but was still easy in and out.

I came in 15 min before they closed. The security guard was incredibly helpful. He showed me the Registration Kiosk and also showed me every button to press. In less than 2 minutes I had my tags in hand. He was so nice and experienced. I just moved here and it makes me feel really great knowing my first experience at this DMV was a positive one.

I LOVE this place. I was planning on working today, but then I realized that I had to hook up and drive my trailer here because they couldn't simply accept the VIN electronically. Joy! This experience has made my day. I will say that there was very little wait time, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I think that with all the time away from work due to the pandemic; the DMV employees have become friendlier and a little bit quicker at their jobs. In general, I am used to waiting 45 minutes to an hour and a half for service without an appointment, but On my most recent visit I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. As of this review, they currently require all customers to wear a mask. It is loosely enforced in the lobby but is more strictly enforced for behind the wheel test due to the close proximity between the student and the driver.

I was a little discouraged reading the reviews for this location as I was going there to get my driver's license for the first time at 21. All the people I interacted with were nice, and I had Michelle as my instructor who was great! I did have to wait in my car for about 25 minutes, but it was a busy morning so it was understandable. Pretty pleasant DMV.
