One of the best DMVs I've been to, I had no appointment only one person in front of me everyone was so friendly and fast honestly one of the best experiences I had going to a DMV, I would give it less because my id photo came out bad but it was my fault I stepped forward after he said three and then it flashed late he didn't say anything so I assumed it was okay, but I was super grateful it came in the mail.

This was my first time coming since they made renovations to their office. The updated floor plan is open and accessible with wide walkways and plenty of seating. The directions to each station are clear and visible. And the staff was courteous and efficient. I'm glad Montebello is making improvements in all the right places, starting with the DMV Montebello location.

I used to avoid coming to this location due to how crowded it was, but not no more! Finally some personal space while waiting inside. The Staff was great, especially how organized and efficient it was when I was waiting outside in line. Major improvement in service since I was here a few years ago.

There was a young lady at the testing area front desk very kind explained the whole real ID situation to me and was very helpful to everybody around me and another young lady at the window right in front of the entrance door she was also SO AWESOME helped me renew my permit and they both DESERVE A RAISE :) (will try my best to remember names next time)

I was really scared coming here because of all the bad reviews,but I actually had a pleasant time. All the workers I came across today were really nice and didn't give any attitude. I took the behind the wheel test and PASSED! The person that tested me was a very nice lady and I think her name was Veronica. Her voice was so calming and it really helped with my nerves.
