Service is 4 stars as it is run decently and knows what they’re doing, but they need to work on adding more parking and making patrons feel safe. On occasion, the mentally sick would wander in and private security needs to be more on-point.

All things considered I had a really pleasant time at this DMV. The revues had me very freaked out. I had an appointment, brought my headphones and made sure to do all my preliminary research so I had the right papers when I got there. I was prepared to wait and didn't want to be in a rush to go anywhere which helped with being patient.

Make an appt & if you have to take the written driver's test, which is ridiculous btw, get the booklet from the DMV because the on line material is NOT comprehensive enough & ASK FOR A PAPER TEST.

Been here three times for one transaction. Granted the transaction is not the usual one so I get the oversight. People have been nice. It's frustrating when one person reviews it and gives me instructions and then another person has different instructions when I revisit. But the one thing I noticed - the wait times listed online are broken. Each time I've come, it's says zero wait time.but I've waited about 30 minutes each time. Which is still good by DMV standards.

The new process is so much more efficient as long as you have an appointment. I feel safe with the distancing policy in place and the great news is they actually have someone outside guide you with answer so you don't feel lost. For the first time I must say DMV is getting their acts together here at this location.

Wow, the woman who helped me today was so patient, so quick and so friendly, never thought I'd say that I had a great experience at the DMV. Come prepared with all your documents and double check that you have everything. Even if you don't have an appointment, showing up early before they open isn't too bad either. I was done with Real ID stuff in like 40 minutes.
