My ignorance of not knowing what to do, showed! I got a number, but accidentally skipped the paperwork line. My number callled and I go to the window. Rightfully so, I was asked for my "paperwork". Then with TLC, lady window 8 became my guardian angel. "The Bar is Now Open!" Thanks ladies!

The employees are great. Well organized. My only complaint is that the Palm Desert website doesn't work right. It's nice to make an appointment or "get in line" before you go. Oh well. Thanks to all of you that work there.

Check in on line . . . From the time I did that to the time I was done was less than 1 hour, super easy too! Also the best pro tip I can give is to book an appointment! I waited ~ 6 minutes all told.

Best DMV in the valley - these workers have to put up with a lot and let me tell you they will treat you the way you treat them! Aka a smile will get you a smile back! They're super quick (for the most part) and I also have a great experience.

Pretty quick service. Had a very grumpy woman at the counter that was not nice or polite and seemed irritated by everyone. I think she needs to find a new job. However, a young woman named Daphne was very helpful very nice and made the experience much much better than grumpy counter lady. Thank you Daphne for treating me like a human being. You are doing a wonderful job.

I needed to upgrade my drivers license to a REAL ID. I had done most of it online and I had all my documents. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and polite. The wait wasn't very long and when I went up to the window, things moved rapidly. My license was going to expire the next day, but they made sure to give me a temporary while I waited for mine to arrive by mail. Great place!

Great experience at the Palm Desert DMV. While no ones likes or looks forward to going to the DMV for anything, my experience getting my CDL renewed was pain free. The staff really has a good program to limit waiting around for hours. The facility was managed well and the wait was tolerable. KEEP UP THE STRONG WORK. FIGHT ON
