I must say out of all the DMV's I have been to, this is by far the best and friendliest staff of them all.
2nd visit in a few months- once for son's drivers permit and 2nd for my Real ID. Both visits were smooth and staff incredibly helpful. I truly walked into both thinking they would be a nightmare wait and paperwork disaster. That was not the case at all. Just listening to some people at the DMV and the reasons they are turned away, it sounds like preparation is key. It seemed to work in our favor for sure.
Wait time is very reasonable, especially for a DMV. Was a pleasant experience renewing my license.

As pleasant as a visit to the DMV can be. The lady who assisted me was actually kind and helpful.
I have not been to the DMV in years until today. Major changes with how they process requests, much faster with services. I was in and out in an hour. There are tools online from the DMV that you can prepare ahead of time before your visit if it's required - that's the key right there.

The guy and girl checking people in at the front are amazing. Never had a nicer experience at any DMV. They were so nice and helpful to everyone we saw them interact with.
Made an appointment ahead of time. The waiting area was full, but my wait was short. They were pleasant and quick. And it was the day before a holiday! Definitely a 5 star!
The security guard is the nicest person ever! The employees seem nice and knowledgeable. The wait times are fairly long, given I make an appointment and still wait over 30 minutes after check in.
Line to enter was efficient and employees were knowledgeable, clear with directions and answered all my questions. Plenty of seating, lines moved quickly.
