Rancho Cucamonga, CA DMV Office

I had to use the kiosk to renew my car registration, and it was extremely easy!! It took longer waiting for the person in front of me to complete their application. It was spacious, it was quiet and peaceful. What a pleasant experience for a DMV!

Spacious, clean, easy access, large clean restrooms. Most important efficient! Very, very helpful and friendly!

I had a 9:40 a.m. appointment to renew my license and upgrade to a real ID. I was back in my car before 10:00!! So quick and easy!

A lot of people are in there, but they try and answer all your question. They are fast as they can be. Do to all the people that come in. It will clean in there. They have seat to wait.

Fast and easy service, no issues with wait times as long as you get there early, and very friendly staff. This location states that it is open at 8a but they were already open when I arrived before 7:30a. So im assuming they open at 7a and didn't update the opening time.

One of the nicer DMVs that I have been to; it was busy, but well staffed. I got ticket g185 when they were on g142, got outta there in about 45 minutes

I went to renew my drivers' license today, a Wednesday morning, and I was done in 90 minutes. I did nothing online. Because I am over 70, I had to take a written test. Friendly staff. Great service!!

It was an absolutely wonderful experience if you could ever have one at the DMV. The people that helped my daughter get signed on were wonderful and helpful, and the security guard, named Christian was equally as professional and encouraging. This is a rare find, and want to be appreciated and noted.

This DMV is amazing. While typically the DMV is a dreadful experience for many, the rancho dmv has figured out efficiency and customer service. Even after moving away from rancho, I will choose to drive out here for any in person DMV needs!

Came to do my behind the wheel test. Pretty easy to get settled in. Roads near by are pretty easy. I had the best instructor, very nice and knowledgeable. Passed me as well, even if i didnt pass i would still say it was a good experience.

Took my 95 year old Mother here to get a Senior ID card today. This office is so organized and clean. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous . I will be coming back here again if I need anything.

About as good as a visit to the DMV can be. It's a nice building and the people working were actually very friendly. We will be doing all of our future business at this DMV.

Was an enjoyable experience I could say. I didn't find it unsatisfying or bothersome in any way. Everyone was nice and I was in and out in 20 min.

Absolutely not our parents DMV. I was able to get in and get my license renewed in 10 minutes. Everyone was kind and professional!!! Thank you to whom ever made this necessity of life streamline!! Kudos!!

Been here twice with and without appointments the staff I've gotten are friendly and nice helpful as well the line goes by quick without an appointment. I feel like it's way better then the one in Pomona who lack all those qualities. Missing one stair because the people checking you in could be a bit friendlier and welcoming.

I had a good experience here. Staff was friendly, which was very different than other DMV. I came here at 10:30am. The line was long, but it was moving very fast. I did not have an appointment, and it took me 1.5 hours to complete what I needed to do. There is also plenty of parking. I would come back this specific location if I need to get anything done.
