Has a bathroom, u do wait in a line when first in but it's to get a number or instructions. Current price for an ID renewal Is $39.00. was a bit packed but wasn't in there for barely 30 minutes they have a system that works

Our Red Bluff DMV is still better than dealing with a big city DMV like in LA or the Bay Area. Friendlier and not so bad wait times. BUT, it's still waaay better to do what you can online. I do all my registration renewals online and it works just fine. Do what you can online, it's sure beats coming down here to the DMV.

Quick, they have definitely changed a lot of the process there. I remember the long wait and dreading having to go to the DMV. Not any more! I have had to go there 4 to 6 times this year so far and every trip has been just that quick and hassle free.

We were in and out in less than. 10 minutes. It was nice and cool inside, the bathroom when I have used it is always clean And tidy. Parking sucks. So if u need a handicapped spot u may not get one or b prepared to wait. And u might have to park down the road. DO NOT PARK at the two other businesses that share the lot. Their spaces are clearly marked. U can. And will get a ticket and or towed

I had a 10:20 appointment to get my Real ID, arrived 15 min. Early, waited less than 5 minutes when they called me up. Everything was done quickly and SO efficiently, was back in my car at 10:25!! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and EFFICIENT! I wish all DMV offices were run like this one !! It was a wonderful start to my day! Thank you everyone at DMV on Monroe St in Red Bluff!!!

Walk in for front plate for new car from dealership. Woman at front desk asks me to feel the dealership advertisement to see if it's behind it. It was. I know, I'm stupid. But she was very nice about it and the Redding DMV did not do me the same courtesy

Had a difficult bundle of paperwork to register a taxi unfortunately I didn't get her name (#5) but her and her associates didn't excellent job!!!! Oh btw don't be a dummy make an appointment lol
