This was one of the friendliest and helpful DMVs that I ever visited. The entire team was very helpful and professional. My mother has physical limitations and was very concerned about navigating the process with her walker, but a wonderful DMV clerk came over immediately and assisted her with kindness. Keep up the good work San Pedro DMV!

As long as you do what you're supposed to do things will run very smooth here. Go online and fill out whatever application and upload any required forms. Schedule an appointment a week or two ahead of time. I was in and out in 5 to 7 minutes for renewing and upgrading my drivers license to Real ID. The staff was all friendly too.

Even though I live in Long Beach, I like to go to this Office because the people that work here are way more helpful and it's usually less crowded. It's worth the trip over the bridge and the few extra minutes it takes to get there. Thanks to everyone who works at San Pedro DMV for helping me get my driving privileges restored after 30 years!

If you guys are getting ready to go any dmv try and not to let the negative reviews get to you in the wrong place I can assure you that the other dmvs aren’t really any different some dmv employees are ok but some have a bad reputation and as far as wait times go yes it’s very frustrating! I took my driving test here 10 years ago back in 2013 and passed

The Young Beautiful Lady Mariela was so helpful and quick! She gave me a perfect welcoming to her window and spoke to me politely helping me with me situation. The process was so fast and easily handled with no complications. Mariela is perfect to represent this location. Thank you DMV of San Pedro for having a great worker.

We pulled up in the parking lot at 3:45 and we were out of there by normally it's at least an hour and a half wait at any other place and they even let us go out to my car information and come back in and not have to wait in line again just go right up to the guy and he was very pleasant you treated me like a human being.

I had to wait in line for an hour because appointments are booking three months out, but once I got inside the whole process took about ten minutes. Everyone was really friendly and efficient. I'm not sure why the line outside is so long and the waiting room inside is so empty. One star off for that opportunity to improve. Thank you!

I made an appoimtment. Was in and out. My favorite DMV place to go to. Except...PARKING SUCKS! I had to be there 45 minutes prior to appointment time so i could circle the small parking lot several times to grab parking. Otherwise, the people who go here are jerks, not the employees. They were helpful. Joke with them, smile, and have a quick process.
