Everyone always mentions their bad experiences at the DMV. Well, my experience at this DMV was different. I had an appointment which saved a lot of time especially when the front desk was very efficient. The staff who assisted with my late registration was very kind and informative.

failed driving test at winketta DMV took it here and passed with flying colors, would definitely recommend this location. Just drive slow, look over ur shoulder for blind spots, be aware of ur surroundings, check ur mirrors, and you should be good! The people here are a LOT nicer than any other DMV i've been too

Lady at front (blue shirt) was great and her customer service GREAT! (thank you, didn't get her name). Got here at maybe 8am, Debra at station 18 and Craig at the photo/ driver test side were AMAZING! All three were awesome, great attitude, great customer service. Thank you!

The only I will criticize is the letter and number system of getting folks from their chairs at the waiting area to the designated window as transmitted on the monitors. Everything else was smooth and fairly quick. Staff were attentive.

For being a dmv the line moves quickly. I especially appreciate the disability help from Ramon in Cubicle 14. He was kind, patient, and considerate of me and my needs. I highly recommend this dmv for what it is especially for those with disabilities who need added communication and care.

It's not as bad as expected, was able to get state ID signup in there done in a matter of 1 hour only on a Tuesday morning. I recommend that if you are getting state ID, you can get a lot of the sign up done online on the DMV site where you'll get a code once finished that can be shown to the employee. This makes it so that you do not have to go through a form fillout at the desk.
