This is my third visit to the Santa Paula DMV. It was quite busy today, but the office was calm and organized. The agents are always helpful and kind. Coming from a large metropolitan city years ago, I am always so impressed by the quality of our local DMV.

This location is so much better than another other DMV office that I've been to. They were able to help my international friend with re-registering his car so we could sell it before returning home. Everyone here was very welcoming, professional, and most importantly; kind and understanding. This location should be a prime example of how the DMV should operate across the United States.

Always a pleasure to use Santa Paula DMV. I've been using it since 1985 when I moved to the area. Now, 40 years later and I moved to the SFV to take over my Family Home a few years ago. I still make the drive to Santa Paula to get DMV stuff done. Its like going to Mayberry.

I was just there renewing my drivers license. I didn't have an appointment because the online system didn't work. So I went in without an appointment. The whole process was efficiently handled and didn't take long at all. Everyone seemed very friendly as well. Thank you Santa Paula DMV!

I visited the DMV to take my practical driving test, the staff was very friendly, but unfortunately I didn't pass it, I think I should see an instructor who speaks Spanish, the test would be easier, I think I'm not the only one who needs to do it in Spanish

I went in yesterday during my lunch hour because my license was expired and I had to go take a new photo. Even though I didn't have an appointment and needed to fill out an application still, I was out of the office in fifteen minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I was very pleasantly surprised!

Was such an ease to get help without an appointment. Went in on a Monday at 12ish and was out of there by 120pm. It was during their rush hour and I was surprised at how quickly they moved thru the crowd. Absolutely a great experience and definitely recommend. Customer service is a major strong point. Keep up the great work.

They move fast when they want, but they also enjoy wasting your time.... I was waiting in line for 30 mins n when I got to the window they said they ain't giving out numbers....."u out of shape twat" SPEAK UP AND TELL PPL!!!! Just cuz ur job sucks don't mean u got to take it out on ppl n waste their time!!!..

As annoying as going to the DMV is I gotta say this location is always pleasant as far as dealing with the DMV goes . The staff are friendly the lines move fairly quick and is easy to get an appointment at this location . I recommend coming to this location instead of oxnard of ventura .
