I don't know if it's just me, but the staff that works at the front of the door are somewhat rude and loud maybe it's just me, but I hear how they talk down to people and make you feel stupid. I know their doing their job, maybe tired or what not, but at least show some standards and profession. You don't have to work there if you hate what you're doing daily.

When you walk in you are immediately met with a help desk to guide you. There were two lines, one for appts and one without. I recently changed my name and needed to get a new drivers license. I had no appt and was in and out within 40 mins. Customer service was nice and helpful.

Very Helpful and made it very easy to get things done.. Had a couple of small problems with the computer system but one of the employees came to the rescue ... I defiantly would recommend using Seaside DMV for all you DMV needs.. Great employees .. keep up the good work.!!

Had an appointment and was seen after waiting 4 mins (and I was early). They have a whole row of computers that allow you to do anything you can do online. I had an out of state vehicle and needed a person, who was very helpful and efficient.

I passed my driving test today!! I had a great instructor! She gave me clear directions and was very informative! At the end of my test she told me things I can improve on and it was extremely helpful! such a sweet and polite Instructor! I believe her name was Sam!!

The staff at the door are friendly and professional. This branch requires mask so you can go in. They are observing social distancing. The branch is clean and the process was relatively quick. And the staff was helpful to an elderly gentleman. This is the DMV to go to.

This is the best DMV I have ever stepped foot in. Check-in took 2 minutes with an appointment. I was called to the window less than 60 seconds later! My appointment was for 9am, and it is now 9:13 and I have everything I need for my vehicle. Hands down the nicest DMV employees I have EVER met. Thanks for the great customer service!!

I've been here at least 4 times in the last 5 years and always had friendly service and today was no differnt. Got my Real ID this morning with an appointment and it was pretty painless. Every time I needed help someone was right there to answer questions. They do a great job at the DMV in Seaside.
