The staff at this office is doing a great job! I took my 83 yr old gma to take her picture for her real ID. we spent more time getting my gma in and out of the car than we spent in the dmv facility!!! Fast service great staff and extremely helpful. 5 stars all the way. I will b going to the Shafter DMV for all my DMV needs from now on. well done Shafter Dmv staff

Fast service for a title change. Every one inside was polite and courteous, except for the person in charge of letting people in the DMV. She was very rude to me, being a first timer to the covid set up, she didn't properly communicate/instruct me on the process to enter the DMV.

Excellent service & friendly staff. Waited in line outside for about 10 minutes to be screened with COVID questions & temperature check. Waited inside for less than 10 minutes. Clerk helped us register our car from out of state. She did a car inspection & completed necessary paper work. We were given new plates & paid fees. Super easy. I will visit this location for my DMV needs.

I had a 9am appointment at DMV SHAFTER for a Real ID. I had all of the required paperwork done and completed an online form to get a code. I was in before 9am and was done in 18 minutes. I was elated. Kudos to the SHAFTER DMV!

Holy sh***! I never in a gazillion years would have thought I'd be taking the time to rate a DMV office, let alone giving them 5 stars! Every DMV office I've ever dealt with, this is by far the only service oriented facility I've come across. There was a woman offering water to those waiting in their lobby, trying to move line along by directing people accordingly. Not one employee gave anyone the stink eye nor the look of death.

My experience at this DMV was excellent. The clerk, I believe her name was Shirley, cleared up a pending status on my DL ...a vision test that wasn't entered intot the database at another DMV. She also was able to change my mailing address for my registration. The visit took less than 30 mins. Ver personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you DMV for helping clear everything up for me. I will be back to pay my registration.
