They have changed the layout, which gives people more seating, as they wait. I think they should post a simple "start here" sign, I've noticed, as I was waiting, almost everyone that walks in has to ask other people where to go.

I just want to say the staff is the best I used to work with them. I used to come there and be a delivery driver for certain things. I had a very nice experience at the DMV today. Everyone behind the counter had smiles and were helpful and efficient. I had a few different things to take care of and it was all done in less than 10 minutes. The upgrades look great and the computers made checking in a breeze. Cool beans.

It's the DMV it'd be very hard for anyone to have a pleasant experience there. I think some of the staff could be a tad bit more respectful or have some courtesy. Despite my mistake, I understand having to pay again, but you don't need to look happy or have a joyful glee telling someone bad news.

Unbelievably great experience at this DMV location. Super efficient and friendly staff. Love it!!! I have been here three times now. Always consistent. Oh, can't forget to mention they are handling COVID really well.
