Make an appointment, if you want to have a good experience at the DMV (I know unheard of) but really, if you want to get in and out, make an appointment. The employees work really hard and they have to deal with "PEOPLE" all day long, I don't know how they do it, definitely under paid!

Tracy DMV is absolutely the best. Huge shout out to Danielle who helped us through out the process of getting a renewal license. We needed a ASL interpreter and Danielle came to our rescue. She handled it so well took care of everything and kept us in the loop with phone calls to me updated. I appreciate all you do! Thank you!!

I got here with an appointment so I was called quickly after a few minutes wait. Still the waiting area was only about 20% full so everything here was smooth. Staff cordial and helpful. Went there again after several months and they kept up the service as before or better, I was in and out in less than an hour. Pretty good

Had a appointment for my driving test!! The staff here does outstanding work. My husband and I both came at our appointed times. In and out with all helpful staff members. I love using this DMV. Other DMV's (Pittsburg) might want to send your peeps out here for training.

Great customer service and great behavior, one of the front desk staff member forgot to put the correct number on my application when she was doing computer work it took 2 months to get my ID I will mention her name next time when I visit next time, please have the supervisors to check each application before processing it. I give 4 stars because of her knowledge. Thanks

Go to DMV is never a pleasant errand. But Tracy DMV is the best DMV I've ever been. People who work here are efficient, kind and nice, the whole place is clean and bright. Everything is contrary to a dmv I used to go.

I had an appointment to apply for a real id. The process was smooth and easy. I had completed the application online and uploaded all the documents. The time spent at the counter was less. Even without the appointment the line was not long. However, I recommend getting an appointment.

Good job, I was in the area, need to fix my late registration and was not sure how to do it. I was in Tracy for Doctors appointment and thought maybe I can stop by and check? To my surprise it took only 50mins and I was in and out, tags and registration in hand . Super job DMV!!

Best visit I had at Tracy DMV, few days ago. My drivers license expired so I went in to get the real ID. They had all the windows open which allowed for no wait time. Employees were so very helpful and pleasant. I would give them more stars if it was possible.
