Ukiah DMV finalized my Real ID application with no problems about a year ago & received ID thru snail mail.I have a MyDMV account & Sacramento keeps sending eMail messages to get Real ID. I bet DMV does that to everybody

We visited the DMV and didn't have an appointment. The staff was courteous and helpful. Everything went smoothly. We were prepared and brought the needed paperwork with us. There was some wait time as it was a little busy. The staff did the best they could. IT was slow, likely old and outdated software. Overall, a good experience.

The smallest DMV office that I've ever been in. But, boy are they efficient! Even though I had an appointment, I was taken early and done before my appointment time. Every station that I went to, the employee got my stuff handled quickly. This DMV office bucks the stereotype! Gotta love it.

Been here 4 times in the last 5 months. The staff are excellent every time. The 4th time, I had to help my mom renew her license. Keep in mind she's a 65 year old Korean lady, who can't speak English, and can't hardly follow the testing instructions. The 2 staff that help us were amazing. They never lost their cool, and patiently help my mom through the ordeal. Thank you!!!!!

Trying to avoid the long lines in Santa Rosa I recently drove up to the Ukiah DMV to renew my drivers license and secure a Real ID. Other than the initial confusion of where to start my application, the staff was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable and welcoming. I was in and out of there within an hour. Fantastic. My only suggestion for this office would be to have a greeter who could direct new arrivals as to where to start their particular process as it was unclear. Nice people!
