Surprisingly pleasant and fast! I needed to get a missing registration sticker. The person greeting customers was nice and provided the form I needed. The person helping me process it was really nice too. Though there were many customers that day, I was done in less than an hour. Thank you!

This DMV is efficient if you have an appointment! Bring cash because they charge a small fee if you use your card! Most staff not all are nice. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a driver’s license renewal! An overall good DMV experience!

I remember when going to the DMV used to be depressing, but this is the 2nd time I had to come in recently, and both times they were super quick and efficient. The workers seem happier too. I even recognize a few from the old days, lol! I'm glad for everyone. The DMV is now a better experience. Getting in/out within 30 mins as a norm is awesome!!

This is the best DMV I've ever been too. Ok, what makes a great DMV you say? Efficiency. Professionalism. Being Knowledgeable. Courteous. They don't play around here! I've been twice and I was in and out, and everyone says hello, asks how you are. I almost didn't want to leave! Great job everyone.

I needed a handicap placard and was in and out in 10mn everybody was really nice I did get there early 7:30 and there was only one other person so it was fast. 4 stars for the atmosphere this place is really old needs a big remodel... besides that I liked it

This review is mainly for the 2 nice ladies at the camera/corrections area section of this DMV in Vallejo. Their names are Yvette and Dominic, thank you for providing excellent customer service skills with a smile. Both Yvette and Dominic were were kind in letting me come back to the DMV to take my License picture and complete the remaining part of my test/medical to obtain a Class B permit.
