I recently had a fantastic experience with instructor Jesus during my driving test at the DMV. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. Their clear instructions and constructive feedback made me feel confident and prepared. The DMV is diverse and has very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them to anyone taking their driving test. I am happy to receive my license now. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Better than it used to be, shorter lines, not that crowded, friendlier folks helping out. There's a guy with tattoos, he's definitely one of the best people I've delt with. If u go there try n get him, very happy with his help.

The DMV employee at the entrance is extremely professional and efficient. Keeps everyone calm while keeping everyone moving. I’ve overheard her quickly resolve two conflicts since I’ve been sitting here waiting for my turn. There are always disgruntled people coming to the DMV and these employees are ready.

I thought the employees here were way nicer than those in San Francisco! Loved all the Halloween decorations !! Was able to make an appt online, showed up early and prepared Thursday afternoon, waited my turn behind a few others but not overly long. In and out in about an hour - thank u Watsonville dmv and staff.

CA.DMV in general is a drag. I don't understand why they cannot be more customer focused. In any case, of the past few DMV visits I have had this year, this particular facility actually had pleasant folks behind the calendar. I was in and out, from the time of my appointment, within 30 minutes - also a big plus. So I give this office a 4 star rating for their attempt at remaining human. :-)

The wait is ridiculous! !!!3 hours just to pay 20 dollars for a title replacement. The only good outcome is VIVIAN'S great customer service. I've been twice and had the pleasure of being helped by her and she has been great!!
