I don't really want everyone to know how much more efficient they are at this location, but with most government entities being as UnSat as they are, this particular DMV deserves some recognition. If I lived in Chico, I'd still drive to Willows for this DMV. Giving the State so much money is already tough as it is, so it's nice that they to get you through the process. I don't think they cut corners, they just seem to care just enough to have an impact on the service. And I appreciate it.

I have been going to willows DMV for the past 5 years and I have never once had a bad experience always great customer service. This last visit today was no different. Had to register 2 items and had a lot of paper work for which they supplied and helped me fill out. Again, customer service was awesome.
