If you have to visit the DMV, this office is actually pretty decent. It was a relief to see that they've organized it so you aren't queuing outside any longer. As crowded as it is, people are called up in a reasonable timeframe, and the employees are generally pleasant. I imagine this can be a difficult job for the staff, so having some understanding helps.

DO NOT go there without making an appointment beforehand. You will be sorry, I warned you! Anyway, with my appointment I arrived 10 - 15 minutes before. I was checked in, called on, and everything taken care of within 30 minutes. Although I didn't have to take any tests except for Vision.

DL renewal- Everything was smooth. Booked appointment priorly. Came exactly in time. I was let in immediately. Provided documents. Waited 3-4 minutes and was called to the window. Ladies were very friendly and procedure was smooth. In and out smoothly.

Got my DL! well i'm glad i can drive here in LA now but the waits are too long here. Luckily i went when it was raining back in Feb but it still took 2 hrs to get out of there. The staff is super sweet though and they do work their hardest to get done as soon as they can.

I had an amazing experience here. They had a kind lady come out before opening to help guide you in the right direction and advise on what forms you need. Once you enter the gentleman helping you get your number was very pleasant. The gentleman that helped me with my registration was so kind and made me laugh and put a huge smile on my face leaving there. I really wish I remembered everyone's name.

I made an appointment to renew my license for 2:40 pm, for when I got off work at 2:00 pm. I was there a little early, but got in the line for Appointments Only. I was pleased with how everything went so smoothly for mid-afternoon, even though it was very busy. From the very start, and each station I went, each employee was very nice and pleasant.

I expected to come here , stay in line forever , and stay in more lines , and go to a bunch of windows that don't really want to help me like every other dmv but that didn't happen. Had an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins to get a real id. The people who helped me were very nice as well and they all listened closely and got me through what I needed.
