Window 2 is great but window 1 is a horrible woman. Scream louder to let the person's business out to everyone else. Then run off and speak a different language when you get told off.

No lie, the best experience I've had at a DMV and I've lived in multiple counties across California and Nevada. The building was clean people/staff were calm and friendly and the staff were efficient (despite having a tiny and insanely crowded office space to work in)

It was semi-crowded, with most seats taken. At check-in, each person is assigned a waiting number. All windows were staffed and the line moved steadily. The air conditioner could be upgraded but, to be fair, it was 105° outside.

Woodland DMV has a pretty good system for checking you in but better signage as to where to go first would be helpful. I needed to pay a registration fee on a vehicle that somehow was missed due to a move. Rabia helped me and she was cheerful and efficient and I was finished in a few minutes. She rates 5 stars. This DMV is a tiny one. There were maybe 7 windows total. I went in around 3:30pm and was out of there around 4:15ish and this was without an appointment. Quick service. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good DMV experience.
