As DMV offices go, this one is the best I have ever used. Coming from a major metropolitan area previously, this is great. Previously, my closest DMV would have a line 1/4 around the building by 6am - not exaggerating. The staff here are helpful and have great attitudes. I assume not dealing with thousands of people daily may help.
