I had a great experience at the Chula Vista DMV thanks to Lorena and Mirella. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. They made transferring my out-of-state license to a new California license and getting my vehicle registered so much smoother than I expected. Lorena and Mirella took the time to explain everything clearly and kept the process moving efficiently. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you, Lorena and Mirella, for making what can be a stressful DMV visit such a positive experience!
Had an appointment and the whole process took 21 minutes. Place was crowded but orderly. All DMV personnel were very pleasant. Very pleased with my visit today.
Took my elderly client here today and we had outstanding service from the gentleman at Window #20. Seems to be under new management as well. First time in years that it wasn’t super crowded or noisy and the office looked more open and welcoming. Not sure what they did but it’s working! Thanks for the great customer service!
I arrived without an appointment and was greeted with respect and a very pleasant smile she gave me a number and waited about 20 minutes was directed to 19 Lorenzo very cordial and efficient person to registered my car in no time. Top notch customer service care and excellent efficiency I highly appreciate your patience support to a senior thank you!!!
I had a great experience at the Chula Vista DMV thanks to Jasmine. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do for my car registration. Everything was handled smoothly and quickly, and she made the process stress free. I used the DMV portal to get in line, which made it really easy to arrive and be taken care of. I know the DMV gets a bad rap for a reason but the CV DMV is very organized and the workers are so nice! I went today without an appointment at 9am and was out at 10:30am, 5 min before my friend who went along and had a 9:30am appointment. The lines moved quickly and there were plenty of seats to chill in during my short wait. It was a great experience and I recommend this location for your next DMV experience!
Not a belated experience from the person that gave me my wait number he was very helpful the lady behind the desk was great nice helpful and knew what to do got me in and out fairly fast considering all the people there
Once I got to the counter. The representative was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed. I spent a total of three minutes with her and I was back in my car.
I'm pretty surprised with how nice everyone was and how fast the employees kept everything going. The lady at the check in is just lovely. She was so nice and really does her job well. Overall I'm impressed!
Like most DMVs, it lacked clear direction and/or representatives to direct you once you were in the front door. Kiosk is very convenient but, on this day, lacked electronic payment option (luckily I had cash)!!!! Parking is difficult - park on the street and avoid the chaos!
I have never been in and out of a DMV faster in my life, and this was without an appointment. Sadly, I couldn't do what I intended, but it wasn't their fault. I'll be back bc I have to go back
Both my wife and I had appointments to get the Real ID driver's licenses. My appointment was yesterday morning. From walking through the door to walking out, about 25 minutes. My wife's appointment was today and the DMV was slightly busier. Took about 30 minutes from entrance to exit. Every single person that helped us along the way was pleasant, patient, and helpful. Overall, great experiences!
People were helpful, I was grateful. You wait for a while but as long as you have everything you need, they are fast. I got my car registration the same day.
This was, dare I say, one of my best DMV experiences ever! had an appointment to renew my license with real ID and was in & out in under 30 minutes! All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, and it was a very smooth process overall.
Went to the d.m.v. in chula vista/national city this morning waiting was 2 hours. Wasn't that bad, the good looking man that help me was nice. Me and my husband was in and out. So glad we got it done before my license expired. The only thing was disappointing was the time on Google said open at 7, on Monday. They didnt open till almost 8
I never in my wildest dreams thought I would write a possitive review about the DMV. Today these people were on point. Thier new system is very efficient and everyone was happier. Good job Chula Vista DMV
