From my mother's start to end, we received nothing but the best and most considerate treatment. FRANCISCO AND MARLYN ARE SUPER!!! Came in for a real id. Didn't have and appointment but registered there. In at 10. Was number 53 out within 45 min. The service is noticed all around was impeccable. Every teller had a smile and every person i seen left with no issues. Thank you MARLYN for your quick and kind service to my mother and I.. 3rd time a charm I will always remember that
I checked in within 10 minutes of my appointment but was not inside of the building. By the time I was directed to my appointment window and arrived to this location on time the DMV Rep had already called the next person in line. However, due to the confusion the attendant informed me I would be waited on after the current customer was completed. This wait was less than 10 minutes. Due to limited parking in the lot it took a few tries to get a parking spot, but I did meet my appointment time, just a delay finding the assigned window.
Had an amazing experience today at the Culver City DMV! The lady at window 3 with curly hair (I apologize for not remembering her name) was extremely friendly and very very helpful with my driver’s license. She made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Big shout-out to her!!!
Came here to do driving exam with my wife. Make sure to do online application first and make an appointment then get on the line once you arrived a staff will assist you. 1. registration 2. Photo 3. Test 4. Drive test 5. License
They are amazing and super helpful! I got my issue fixed in less than 30 minutes. Every staff here is so prepared and knowledgeable. Big shoutout to Constance, she is always wonderful!
I've had several interactions lately with the DMV and the staff have all been wonderfully helpful and courteous. You have to go at the right time of day, but if you plan right and use their "get in line" online service you can be in and out quickly, even for fairly complicated transactions like mine. Bringing kindness and empathy to the interaction probably makes a difference.
I would like to thank Ms. Marlin who works at number 12, she really took care of me and did all my work in a very short time with a smiling face. Many dmw I visited before had a problem and they could not solve it, but Ms. Marlin solved it in a short time. Thank you for the professional service :))

I came here recently to change my name on my drivers license. They were super friendly & helpful. Process didn't take too long. I had an appointment, make sure you do too before you come!
The DMV was very good and I got my license three days ago, just to say that this DMV will pass your driving test exactly after three times and don't be upset if you fail twice because you will definitely get the license the third time.
I had a pleasant experience here. The whole process for no appointment was 1.30 hours to get my temporary permit. I did do the test online before coming.
Quicker than I expected, I was able to resolve a couple of issues and renew my license in relatively short order. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.
I had an appointment for REAL ID. I was dreading it. But everything went smoothly, good work flow and fast. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Every time I've been there,everything has been very smooth and great,my favorite DMV 'better than many I've been to and Santa Monica is great as well.
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience today. I grew up in Culver City so I am very familiar with this DMV. I made an appointment to renew my license for early this morning. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Most of the time it takes forever. And majority of the employees were actually very kind and welcoming which is a first for me.
Lady at the camera counter is a huge b word. Not sure how they let such rude people keep their jobs! The DMV is already unpleasant enough there's no need to cause people extra anxiety or upsetness from being so utterly rude for no reason.
