Good. They just need another facility you can be there for hours without appointment
The staff here work very hard and move people through pretty fast.
Today I passed my driving test here . The driving instructor was very kind, calm, and polite throughout the test. Instructions were given clearly and respectfully, which helped reduce nervousness. The overall experience was professional and pleasant. I really appreciate the instructor’s patience and positive attitude during the driving test.

Make sure you have an appointment or you will be waiting possibly hours. Limited seating, less than before.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and professional. It's a small office but they process the customers efficiently so wait time is minimal. There is no such thing as too much paperwork bring everything you pertinent to your needs and you will have a good experience
Made appointment online and was only 10 minute wait. Total was 25 minutes to get real id. Load your paperwork and then drive to dmv. Employees are quick and courteous.
All staff were helpful and kind, providing great and fast service. But the parking was not convenient.

Today I took my niece to do her written test and everyone that helped with the process was very nice and very respectful. Honestly feels good to be treated good and also takes the nerves away before taking a test.
Was In town and needed something as simple as a release if liability form when I stopped in the lines weren’t out the door and the customer service I received from the young man named Quincey was very professional he was knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service is Refreshing!
Another great experience at the Indio DMV. I had an issue not related to my service at the Indio office and their manager called me to ensure my concerns were resolved. I can't say enough great things about the high quality service which has always been provided to me at this location!!! Thank you!
Very helpful ! Getting me through my registration process from Az to CA! I was very unknowledgeable In this and they took the time To draw me a detailed plan on what I needed exactly from my bank and my vehicle. The little things is what goes a long way!
This DMV office was amazing! I was in and out before my appointment. The staff was super friendly and very helpful to everyone that needed help with registering and/or using the compuer for testing. Kudos to all the staff!
Had a very pleasant experience at DMV, title change, new license plates issued and got a voters registration form all done under thirty minutes.
Best time to go is 4 pm on a Friday with no appointment. Checked in, took my exam and grabbed my paper work. The check in staff was courteous and professional to everyone. She had a lot of patience with every question.
