Just now renewed my driver's license. The lady there guided me through the process with aplomb. She was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Excellent! 10/10
The people here were very nice as well as patient with me as this was my first time in a California DMV. I moved from north Idaho where the line is the best part of the ordeal, and this experience was a breath of fresh air in comparison.

I love this place. I noticed a big charge in heart at this place. A couple months ago I went there and could not accept that they were purposely taunting people. But recently the same employees are back in the game. I proud of you. So so very proud. You make me smile everytime I think of how awesome you are. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
Crowded as usual. 2.5 hrs to renew license for a 77 year old: exam, eye test, multiple thumb shots and photos. Staff nice though.

I've truly never had bad service here. Two of my kids passed their behind-the-wheel at the Jackson office and everyone was super friendly and supportive. It bucks the stereotype of a DMV office.
My son just took his driving test. Jessica is the best, welcoming and nice. They took us earlier than our appointment! We really appreciate that

Reliable service, friendly employees. Yeah, they may be trying to recreate the DMV from Zootopia here, but it does go at a faster pace than that generally. Sierra was very helpful and polite. Got everything I needed to get done.
You did not have to wait long it was pretty much a in and outside situation usually when I got there this is last year of course, I had to wait in a line almost 45 minutes before even getting in, this time I didn't have to wait I got right in got my business taken care of and I was right out it took total 5 minutes maybe. They lady was very helpful and considerate.
Sydney at Jackson is helpful and genuinely cares about people. My second trip there but finally got what I needed! She helped me both times!
Great service and fast turn around times. I had to do 2 separate tasks and was only there for about 2-3 hours total. I'm used to that wait at the Modesto DMV's door.
Great customer service very kind assistance and got me in there and out very fast renewed my license and very happy with the service.
I visited this DMV today and I can't say enough about the team here. Everyone was very polite, efficient and helpful -- especially Christina who helped me to renew my driver's license. I was in and out of the facility in about 30 minutes, despite not having an appointment. Any criticism of this office or the team that staffs it is unwarranted and unreasonable. I will happily return here to handle any and all of my future DMV needs!
I have used this DMV for years and it has always been a better experience than any of the Sacramento area ones. Plus you can't beat the beautiful drive to Jackson after first stopping in Sutter Creek. Makes doing DMV business in that area almost a pleasure!
