Riverside East, CA DMV Office

The wait was long as usual, but the thing i loved was that they keep you updated on your phone, i can go to my car and wait for the text, I don't have wait inside trying to find a seat and worry about getting skipped.

Good experience. I sat down and waited for less than 1 minutes. Yes, I had an appointment and I renewed my Drivers license to the "real id" version.

I had a little bit of a wait, but other than that, I was in and out. Great service!

I needed to renew my driver's license and upgrade it to a Real ID. I started the application online on Friday. On Monday morning I arrived at this DMV at 8:58 a.m. I was walking to my car at 9:32 a.m. with everything done and my new driver's license expected in 2-4 weeks. I LOVE how organized things were and how quick I got in and out and the no hassle process I experienced.

Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, with no appointment. Jonathan was awesome, great attitude and customer service!!

I hardly ever post. The DMV has finally made a change and its awesome. I would hate going to the DMV not knowing how long I was going to be there. In 2 separate occasions I and my wife had to get Real driver license. Submitted all information online and even used the GET IN LINE ticket. I was in and out of the DMV like in 15min. My wife's took longer like 20min. Thank You DMV for making my life easier!!!

Accidentally made my appointment a week later than I went, but they were nice enough to let me through anyway. Quick, even though there are a lot of customers, as there is plenty of staff.

I used the Get in Line feature for a DL replacement before I left home. After arriving, I waited for 5 minutes before they called my number and was out the door 5 mins later. This was on a Friday and it was packed. Couldn’t even find a place to sit.

For the amount of people that were here it went by so fast. Went to the teller and within 1 min I was out but I was only there for registration confirmation process so my guess it might differ for everyone.

For a state run facility the place was strangely good.l. It was clean except for the customers and I was in and out with no problems in under 30 minutes

It wasn't very busy, very pleasantly sir surprised! Didn't have to wait very long either. When called to window #5, the rep was very cordial and efficient, even got some fees deducted! Very pleasant experience!
