Honestly shoutout to the gentleman working that had been of aapi descent working the appointment desk. He helped sort things out because people messed up my id application and prevented me from having to wait in line. I also appreciate the road test examiner I had. He had been very calm and was kind but gave straightforward directions.
Even without an apt. I was in and out in 15 mins - I got there 35 mins before they opened. I love their triage system prior to entering. The lady who helped me at the counter was helpful and very pleasant!
Very helpful and friendly staff. Was impressed with not only how fast my appointment was, but how quickly they appeared to be serving those in the no-appointment line as well.
Love it....I usually go to Roseville but it was the quickest appt. Available.
Arrived at 7:40am and got in line. There were people already, but we all got in quickly, and the numbers were being called steadily. I was done by 9:04am. I only came in to renew my DL and get a photo. The people who served me were polite. Pleasant experience.
The employees at this DMV location are awesome! They know their job pretty much. The lines are very quick. Nice and clean DMV office.
I recently needed to go the Rocklin DMV. I have to say, it was the best DMV visit ever! All the clerks were very courteous and extremely helpful.

Had to drop in to the Grove Avenue branch to fix a glitch in a registration that was keeping me from trading in a car in order to buy another. Very organized, minimal wait and very quick and thorough fix. Impressed!!!
Great experience with my son and his driving instructor. Brandon was happy. He explained things well and told him it's ok to ask for clarification. Give that young man a promotion he understands the job and did top notch.
I was there to get a Real ID and got there at 7:20 and there was only a few people already waiting. The doors opened at 7:45 and one of the workers started getting us tickets and let us in right at 8. I was helped within minutes and everyone was very friendly! Great DMV!
I went in around 4 o'clock on a Wednesday and was in-and-out in 15 minutes. Doesn't get much better than that ! The woman that helped me was nice personable and efficient. I would have given it 5 stars but after all it is a DMV
Today was the best DMV visit I have had in the 45 years I've lived in California. I was in and out within 25 minutes without an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable as my appointment was a little out of the ordinary.
Went this AM to renew my DL. I went without an appt though I had gone on line earlier to complete my renewal application. I was checked in at 8:00AM and was in my car at 8:13 heading home with my renewal in hand. This was by far the best DMV experience anyone could ask for!
I have had to renew my drivers license with the new real I'd ..Justin helped me very pleasant and he Rocks for efficiency.Not his fault that change of name for women as to have proof .Some of other ones there need to be more pleasant-Thank u
This Dmv is super clean and the staff is nice and helpful and also they are pretty quick, this is 1 of the best Dmv's I have been to. Also there hours are great to and also they do take appointments as well. I highly recommend this place if you want and need a quick trip to the DMV.
