I had an exceptional experience at the West Sacramento DMV. Ashley assisted me while also training a new employee, and she made the entire process smooth and efficient. I was there to get my Class A CDL permit, and it was a fast and seamless experience. Ashley’s professionalism and multitasking skills were impressive, and I greatly appreciate her help. I am heavily dependent upon this facility every day of the week to test out students. They do a consistent job making Shure our students are tested . Many people show up to take written tests for permits as well as update their medical . The parking lot fills up quickly . The people working in the office and the examiners are not perfect but they ALL are professional, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable concerning your commercial driving needs .

I called for a Commercial Class A driving test in the Bay Area & all locations were out 2 months. Then I found this place. Went online & had an appointment in 3 days, WOW. Went there this morning & passed. The Examiner was very professional and he explained every step of the process. The inside staff was also very nice & I was done within 2 hours. This place is a hidden gem!!

Super cool spot, I went to take my CDL permit test. I was approached and asked what I was there for and told the lady and she took me inside to fill out an application and gave me a number. Then I played the waiting game and took my tests and I was out of there. Overall took about 2 hours.

Had a great experience at West Sacramento Dmv . They were very professional and helpful answering any questions I had . Of course they have to do there job and people tend to not like that when it's not in there favor. I felt they are very fair and just wanna make sure people are knowledgeable about trucks before they send you out to be a truck driver.
