Not enough employees work. When there's 10 total windows to help customers... more than 2 people working them would be nice
They were great. Had a 3:10 appointment and walked out the door with what I needed at 3:14. I got there a half hour early and didn't even finish a chapter of my book when my number was called. Hard to beat that.
Overall I'm pleased with the El Centro DMV I was in and out within thirty minutes with an appointment off course for my driver's license renewal.
Had an appointment for 2:20pm was seen within 10 minutes and was taken care of with great service and a very knowledgeable staff. Long line for those without appointments.. Make an appointment!
Slow as all the time, only one person attending, you arrive and there is no notice that the payment methods or license plate renewals can no longer be paid inside, you have to look for a Kiosk and do the process there.
Though there was a large crowd, I entered without an appointment, service was quick, very efficient, very professional and courteous. Was early, out in 20 minutes

Open: M-F 9-5. No more online pre'registry! I drove to DMV, only blocks away. NO Masks! & w 24 chairs spaced apart. Restrooms open/Friendly staff! Walked in & done in 30 mins..
Very friendly, helpful! Took my drive test here today, he was both friendly and professional. Word to the wise, you can get a drive test here next day if you're desperate to get it done ASAP as I was.
I came to take my Driving license test behind the wheel. Saturday they only do that , service was very friendly...
There are a couple of hotties working there. The service however kind of sucks. The waiting time before they call your number is unbelievable. You can be siting there at least for half hour before they call you. Wish it was faster.
