great service despite the storied history of the DMV. my clerk was gracious when I forgot one piece of paperwork, she have me two minutes to race back to my car to get it. meanwhile it's good to know that my two knees that didn't have any cartilage and are bone to bone, held up just fine.

Not bad for a DMV. Was able to join wait list online and be notified when my number was coming up so no waiting inside. Line for picture moved quickly too. Too a few mins to find parking but happy they have a free parking lot.
I had missed carrying my second address proof, and the staff initially asked me to return on another day with all the required documents. I explained that I had received permission from my office only for today and might not be able to come back on another day. She asked me to bring the missing proof and return it within 30 minutes. I truly appreciate her understanding and support—such a helpful and courteous staff member.
Where else in the world an administration offers you free translators ? I love USA for it’s diversity and good service on all levels . I was raised in Europe but I always get impressed by the efficiency of US administration. It took me 30 min to file for a Real ID.
I was able to walk in and get called to a window within 30 minutes. It was not too bad at all. Parking area is very small and limited.
Yes it's hectic but i just happened to get two great employees (Rob at window 5 and Divine at window 6)! If you get these two you are golden. Go in with patience, headphones, and water bottle and you're fine.
The best place to give your Drive test. Test inspectors are clam, communicative and most importantly educative to the people who are taking the test, clearly articulated points to keep in mind and what went wrong and how to improve it.

Had an appointment for 10:10am this Tuesday morning and was all done by 11:10am. That included the appointment line, a written test for a permit, taking a photo, and paying the fees. Aurora who helped me at window 24 was the sweetest. And I forgot the name of the blue-eyed gentleman working the written test area, but he was also super nice and helpful!
Helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. My experience arriving before they opened on a Friday morning lends weight to the proverb "The early bird gets the worm.". There is ample seating outside if you do experience a long wait.
Glendale DMV the office window staff are super nice (except the old Asian lady, who is rude and loud). The process runs smoothly at this place. The worst thing about Glendale DMV is the instructor named George, he is a horrible human being. Avoid him if you want to pass and you will be good
The staff at glendale was so helpful and friendly. I was in and out if there in 15 min for my team id. They have automated everything perfectly online to make your in person visit quick and easy !
Do yourself a favor and make an appointment online first! There is an "appointment only" line in the front, and the staff will get you started right away. I went on a Monday afternoon around 2pm, and was out by 2:20pm! Overall, had a good experience at this location!
