It was a fantastic experience I went to the app before I went there download the information when I got there it only took 20 minutes total time In-N-Out without a problem
I don't know if they are changing their ways (because the employees used to be so mean back in the day) Or maybe it was my prayers this morning that was working for me but that was the best experience I've ever had. Very pleasant, thank you Lord
"I went there to renew my drivers license for the 70+. No appointment. I was a walk in. Got a number and was told to have a seat and wait fur number to be called. 10 minutes, got called, did vision, thumb print and new picture all in about 30 minutes. It was on a Wed late afternoon, 3:30ish. Lots of parking and not very busy. Lots of empty seats. Great job DMV!"
Been to this DMV several times for different reasons and it has always been fast service. considering the fact that it's always crowded, but fast service. appointment is required for certain services. so it's best to find out if you need to make a appointment before showing up in person.
Prepped everything online, checked in with the text message, super smooth and quick. The person who helped me was great at window 12 (literally 1 min ago)
I LOVE THIS PLACE. best dmv experience I have ever had. The sweet woman at the drive test check in counter was so good at calming my nerves! And the young man I had for my driving test was very nice and helpful. I passed and he still gave me some great feedback!! Thank you guys
Very efficient if you have an appointment. Staff were very helpful. A lot of services are now online and nor available in the office.
I have never been in and out if a DMV office so quickly. I was out before my appointment time! Everyone was polite and efficient. They had all the information from my very confusing online renewal and test and the rest was faster than I could get from one desk to the next. Be sure to make your appointment online. The No Appointment lines looked pretty awful
Great support from everyone who i interacted for getting license renewed. Was in and out within an hour without appointment. Thanks to window 19 team member who made it so simple and helpful. Will prefer here over other DMVs in future.
Lovely experience… I only wished they had an expedited line for inquiries about a license that was never received. It took me nearly 2 hours but members of staff were polite, and kind. I dream of the day where DMV services will not take long hours.
If you treat and talk to employee nicely they will return the courtesy. spend a bit over 30 minutes so not horrible with no appointment
Went for license renewal. Staff were really nice. Came around 2pm and had to wait about 1:30 min which wasn’t too bad. Also, they take your name at the beginning and you can monitor your place in line via phone.
Lines were long but went pretty quickly. I got there at lunch time which wasn't a good idea and there were about 15 people ahead of me- I was out of there in about 2 hours.
It definitely helps that it's less than 10 minutes away. I would say make an appointment so you can get seen as a priority instead of making the no appointment line. It's small in comparison to my home (NYC) DMV but it moves pretty quickly and smoothly
The staff was super friendly, totally unlike the staff at Inglewood's DMV. The lines were pretty long, but they moved fast. I'd recommend people show up early, just because if you don't get a blue slip, then you cannot be seen for the day, and then slips run out quickly.
Amazing service! Getting Real ID was super smooth and easy! Miss Vicki and the other staff were so nice and helpful! From the time I got my number it took 1 hour and I was done! Highly recommend this DMV office...!
