The process is so much faster now I was out before I knew it. I got everything done at once too. Title replacement, vehicle inspection, and registration renewal. All in little over an hour. No wait in line. Only wait was for my number to be called.
MJ is the lady you all need to see , absolutely so amazing and helpful . The process was really fast and wait time flew by . MJ has such a positive attitude and really made this experience a good one . I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for her !
Probably one of the best DMV’s I’ve been to. I never spend longer than an hour to go in and out this place to and handle my business.
This is a wonderful location for you DMV needs. The most kind and courteous staff willing to help you. I honestly have never been treated and helped so well at any other location. Thank you Lancaster DMV!
This location runs a lot smoother than most DMVs. I usually have an appointment and am in and out in no time. Today I didn’t have an appointment, arrived at 2pm and was finished by 3pm. Lots of windows open and everyone I dealt with was helpful and pleasant.
Took my drivers test today. They took me in early and processed me quickly afterwards. Took my test with Jose and he was the best. I can't stress how comfortable he made me feel and his explanation on my errors was clear and concise. Thank you Jose!
Even with an appointment, make sure you give yourself an hour+ planned time, and be prepared to wait in line while standing. The staff however, is friendly and helpful, and once you get checked in, there are plenty of chairs open in the large waiting area. Bring a jacket though, as you might get chilly.
The manager was very helpful we explained that we haven't gotten a renewal notice for the last two years. And when we go to DMV to get one the clerks always say its a post office problem the manager check in there system and could tell they never sent one out. He will fix the problem.
It was not bad, It took me 1 hr and 35 minutes to complete driver License renewal with no appointment, the application was complited on line before hand.
The service was surprisingly quick and convenient. I walked in without an appointment and I was in and out in less than an hour!
So much better than when they first opened. Still a slog if you don't have an appointment, but even then they get through the line and through the ticket numbers pretty quick. You'll still be a few hours if you just walk in, but things actually seem to always be moving
The place is huge and clean. Suuuper fast (I made an appointment) only took a total of 20 mins or so to pay the renewal fee and snap my photo (waiting in line was a breeze). The representatives are wonderful, super chill and friendly. Definitely not the stereotypically dreaded DMV experience. Love it!
I would like to give a big thank you to Laura for helping me start the process of getting my ID and permit she was very informative, welcoming, mature, patient, and understanding and I'd definitely say she knows the true definition of customer service and has been just a great person in general.
Fast service no hassle just getting regular dmv stuff done. Clean and spacious place. Definitely one of the easiest dmvs I been too
Made an appointment to get a replacement real ID and I was in and out in 10 mins. This is the first pleasant DMV experience ive ever had. The facility is huge, lots of windows open for service, the staff was efficient and friendly. If I knew, id probably go here in the first place, i wouldnt mind the drive to lancaster.
People are friendly, the building was clean. I walked in without an appointment and was out within an hour. Patience is a virtue.
