I made an appointment, uploaded the documents they requested and when I showed up, I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Its organized and relatively quick processing for the amount of people coming in. If you can set an appointment, do it and you will be out even faster.
Well considering I didn't make an appointment and it was kind of an emergency to get my grandson a learner's permit. All in all not bad. Took about an hour and a half for our number to be called but who cares. He passed the test and that's all that mattered
Outstanding. Restroom clean. Completed on line then had to come in for eye test and picture. 45 min almost 30 min waiting for picture.

Ronisha was the customer service representative who assisted my daughter with her driver's license registration at the DMV. I’ve had to go to the DMV seven times in the last two years and this location is by far the best. No one is standing around, I get in and out of there, it makes going to the dmv a decent experience.
Busy as can be. My complaint is that the online testing area is too noisy for testers to concentrate. Specifically, when the DMV workers (specifically the man with the loud and deep voice) come over to the line to ask people if they are going to test or register. DMV need to make it a quiet zone. Thanks
Very surprised, fast service, they tried to charge me twice for service I payed for online prior to going in. Person that helped me wasn't very knowledgeable, the manager assisted and made the process smooth. Thanks to the pittsburg, CA DMV Manager.
I did have an appointment... So take that into consideration... but, I went in to renew my driver's license, and it was fast and easy. Staff was koo... polite and professional. And, they were organized.
Everything with appointment went smoothly. Would definitely recommend online scheduling to better suit your needs. Customer service was Great and very helpful to window #14.
DMV in Piitsburg, although the wait was a long, when my number was called to a designated window, the DMV staff who waited on me was pleasant and very understanding, motherly, it made my day less hectic, thank you so kindly window #7
My Son had a pleasant experience at the Pittsburg, CA DMV office today. He got his drivers license renewed and upgraded to the RealID. He had a 10am appointment and was done and out of there by 10:20am. He said all the staff he encountered are pleasant and helpful. He noted to me that they do accept credit and debit card now but there is a small fee. so he paid cash. They also take checks now.
This review is specifically for Julian! He was the instructor today for my behind-the-wheel test. I was extremely nervous and he made things as smooth and friendly as possible. Everyone seems to have a horror story about taking their driving test with someone who was rude or unfair or scary, and he was great!
Make sure you have 2 letters/bills addressed to you, original copies of marriage, birth and social security cards!! Everyone was helpful. They have signs for everything! Except the very important instructions to WRITE DOWN YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER after filling out ur application for license renewal.
Since this DMV run I actually made an appointment. Got there early of course and the guy that checks you in helped me and I didn't even need to wait! Filled out my forms and mailed them off! Luck me I lost the title to my car! Smh but a new 1 will be on the way soon thanks!!!
