Staff member Amber was extremely polite & efficient with my CA driver’s license renewal. Had an appointment at 2:40pm but arrived an hour early & she helped me with the process & paperwork quickly. I completed everything in 15mins… A++ service & experience.
We showed up at 10 AM. We had a 1:40 pm appointment. She gave us a number we waited about 15 minutes. We were out of there by 10:30 AM. Great crew! Very well organized the lady on point when you first check in really knows her stuff and how to get everyone through quickly. Patrick at window 5 was great. He was thorough and quick. I’m glad we came out here from big bear. The DMV in Victorville, we would have to wait two months for an appointment. We were here to get my wife a real ID so we can fly domestically.

Very helpful DMV just make a appointment ahead of time and have the paperwork you need prior to going down and you will be fine.
Literally the best DMV ever (especially if you are smart and make an appointment). In and out of there in 20 mins (updated real id drivers license & new picture) and the lady who helped me was the sweetest dmv worker in the world!!!

The best Dmv in the state of California! They are extremely kind sweet & funny. It usually had no more than 4-6 people waiting at A time. They're all really sweet And knowledgeable best experience ever.
Very nice representatives in this DMV would be nice If all the people that worked for DMV were like this, but you do run across some good ones.

I was in and out in an hour handle my business at this location I've never had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for anything
Ok. Dmv messed up my registration, had me as both owner and lien holder. So I had to pay to fix it, then go to a notary to get a form notarized then go back just to wait in line..
Always an easy time at the Needles DMV. The skeleton crew is doing just great considering all the stress the last year has handed everyone. I spent more time running around like a headless chicken getting paperwork together than I spent at the counter being helped about business. They are just that quick.
Came in on a Friday at noon and was the only one in there! That's what I want to see from a DMV. Quick and painless. So glad this DMV is so close to AZ. I needed to get a few last minute things dialed in to get all my vehicles registered in AZ!
Best DMV in CA, Good service, not so many people, not too long waiting, explain every question clearly and with patience. will come back in the future services.
Had an appointment to get my RealID for myself and my son. We were in and out in less than an hour. The staff was great as usual and always friendly and helpful. This is a great office. People need to read the RelaID instructions and make an appointment. Again great office.
Who doesn't dread going to the DMV... They're not your typical DMV. They're super duper nice, there's never any long waits. They get you in and out in 15 mins or less. Awesome people
