These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Xtreet Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for, joining, or taking part in the Program, you agree to follow these Terms, as well as all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising rules.

1. Affiliate Eligibility and Approval

Participation in the Xtreet Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Xtreet.

Xtreet may approve or decline an application at its own discretion. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information when applying and must keep their account information current.

Affiliates are responsible for making sure their promotional activities follow these Terms, applicable laws, and the rules of the platforms they use.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Approved affiliates will receive unique tracking links and/or promotional materials through FirstPromoter.

2.1 Attribution and Commission Eligibility

A transaction qualifies for a commission only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The customer reaches Xtreet through a valid affiliate link or another attribution method expressly approved by Xtreet and supported by the Program’s tracking system.

  • The affiliate referral is correctly recorded and attributed to the affiliate in FirstPromoter or another tracking system designated by Xtreet.

  • The referral remains eligible for attribution for 30 days from the customer’s initial tracked interaction with the affiliate link (“30-Day Tracking Window”), unless otherwise stated by Xtreet.

  • If a customer interacts with links from more than one affiliate during the 30-Day Tracking Window, the commission will be attributed according to the attribution rules configured in FirstPromoter. Unless otherwise specified by Xtreet, the last eligible affiliate referral recorded by the tracking system will receive attribution.

  • The customer purchases an Xtreet service that is eligible for commission under the Program.

  • Xtreet successfully receives the customer’s payment for the Xtreet service fee.

  • The transaction is not canceled, refunded, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise disapproved under these Terms.

  • The transaction was not generated through self-referrals or prohibited promotional activity and otherwise complies with these Terms.

Xtreet may review and adjust attribution where tracking errors, technical issues, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms affect the accuracy of the recorded referral.

3. Eligible Services and Prohibited Self-Referrals

3.1 Eligible Services

The following Xtreet services are eligible for the Affiliate Program:

  • Renew Registration — $49.95

  • Transfer Your Title — $99.95

  • Replace Stickers — $49.95

  • Replace Plate — $49.95

Commission Rate and Calculation

Commissions are calculated solely on the applicable Xtreet service fee actually received by Xtreet, excluding DMV or government fees, taxes, third-party charges, and other excluded amounts.

The standard commission rate is 20% of the eligible Xtreet service fee. Xtreet may approve a commission rate of up to 25% for high-volume or strategic affiliate partners, as agreed with the affiliate.

The applicable commission rate for each affiliate will be displayed in the affiliate’s FirstPromoter account and will apply to qualifying transactions tracked under that rate.

Only transactions that meet the qualifying transaction requirements in Section 2 are eligible for commission. Services not listed above are excluded unless Xtreet approves their inclusion in writing.

3.2 Self-Referrals and Prohibited Accounts

Self-referrals are prohibited. Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links or promotional codes to purchase Xtreet services for themselves, members of their household, accounts they own or control, businesses or organizations they directly control, or any other transaction primarily intended to generate a commission for themselves.

Affiliates may not create additional accounts, use different email addresses, change payment details, or use other methods to get around this restriction.

Xtreet may review suspected self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the Program. If prohibited activity is confirmed, Xtreet may cancel related commissions, hold unpaid commissions, suspend the affiliate account, or terminate the affiliate’s participation in the Program.

4. Paid Search and Advertising

4.1 Prior Approval Required for Paid Advertising

At the initial stage of the Xtreet Affiliate Program, affiliates are not permitted to run paid advertising or paid promotional campaigns without prior written approval from Xtreet.

This restriction applies to all paid advertising channels, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads and other search engine advertising platforms;

  • Facebook and Instagram Ads through Meta;

  • TikTok Ads;

  • LinkedIn Ads;

  • YouTube Ads;

  • Display advertising, sponsored placements, and other paid traffic sources.

Affiliates who wish to run paid advertising campaigns must submit their proposed campaign details to Xtreet for review and receive written approval before launching any campaign.

4.2 Campaign Approval and Restrictions

Any request for paid advertising approval must include, where applicable:

  • The advertising platform and campaign type;

  • Target audience and geographic location;

  • Proposed keywords, ad copy, and creative materials;

  • Landing page or destination URL;

  • Planned budget and campaign duration; and

  • The traffic sources and targeting methods to be used.

Xtreet reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict, or withdraw approval for any paid advertising campaign at its discretion. Approval for one campaign does not automatically authorize other campaigns or changes to the approved campaign.

Affiliates must comply with all conditions specified in Xtreet’s written approval, as well as these Terms and the applicable advertising platform policies.

4.3 Protection of Xtreet’s Advertising Campaigns

Affiliates must not launch paid campaigns that compete with, interfere with, or undermine Xtreet’s own advertising activities.

Without prior written approval, affiliates may not bid on Xtreet-branded keywords, run advertisements that directly link to Xtreet’s website, or use Xtreet’s trademarks, brand names, or domains in paid advertisements in a manner that is prohibited by these Terms.

Xtreet may require affiliates to modify, pause, or stop any campaign that conflicts with its advertising strategy, creates brand confusion, or generates traffic that does not meet the Program’s requirements.

4.4 Monitoring and Compliance

Xtreet may request information about an affiliate’s advertising campaigns, traffic sources, spending, targeting, and promotional methods to verify compliance with these Terms.

Any paid advertising activity conducted without the required written approval may result in the disqualification or reversal of related commissions, suspension of the affiliate account, or termination from the Program.

5. Prohibited Promotional Practices

Affiliates must not use misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal promotional practices when promoting Xtreet or its services.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cookie stuffing;

  • Forced clicks;

  • Fake or automated traffic;

  • Bot traffic;

  • Misleading redirects;

  • Pop-ups or pop-unders designed to generate unauthorized clicks;

  • Unauthorized iframe or website framing;

  • Spam or unauthorized bulk email or SMS campaigns;

  • Misleading advertisements or false claims about Xtreet’s services;

  • Impersonation of Xtreet employees or representatives;

  • Use of deceptive domains or social media accounts;

  • Unauthorized use of Xtreet’s trademarks or brand identity;

  • Any activity intended primarily to manipulate attribution or generate commissions improperly.

5.1 Prohibition Against Disparaging or Misrepresenting Government Agencies

Affiliates must not disparage, misrepresent, or make inflammatory, deceptive, or misleading claims about the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or any other government agency in connection with promoting Xtreet or its services.

Affiliates must not use fear-based messaging, unsupported accusations, or misleading comparisons involving the DMV or other government agencies to persuade customers to purchase Xtreet services.

All statements about government agencies, DMV procedures, requirements, fees, and processing times must be accurate, factual, and supported by reliable information.

5.2 No Implication of Government Affiliation or Endorsement

Affiliates must not state, imply, or create the impression that Xtreet is part of, affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by the California DMV or any other government agency unless such a relationship has been expressly confirmed and authorized in writing by the relevant agency.

Affiliates must not use government logos, seals, official-looking designs, or other identifying materials in a manner that could cause customers to believe that Xtreet is a government agency or an officially endorsed service.

When promoting Xtreet, affiliates must accurately present Xtreet as a service provider and must not mislead customers about its relationship with any government agency.

5.3 Compliance and Enforcement

Any violation of this section may result in the removal of promotional materials, disqualification or reversal of related commissions, suspension of the affiliate account, or termination from the Xtreet Affiliate Program.

Affiliates must also comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies when promoting Xtreet.

6. Marketing Claims and Representations

Affiliates must accurately represent Xtreet’s services.

Affiliates may not:

  • Claim to be an employee or official representative of Xtreet unless expressly authorized;

  • Make guarantees about DMV processing times;

  • Guarantee approval of a DMV filing;

  • Promise outcomes that Xtreet cannot guarantee;

  • Misrepresent government fees or Xtreet service fees;

  • Claim that Xtreet can provide services it does not offer; or

  • Make false, misleading, or unsupported claims.

Affiliates should use only information and marketing materials supplied or approved by Xtreet when making specific claims about Xtreet’s services.

7. Brand and Intellectual Property

Xtreet retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, website content, graphics, and other intellectual property.

Affiliates may use Xtreet-provided promotional materials solely to promote the Program and only in accordance with these Terms.

Affiliates may not:

  • Register domains containing Xtreet trademarks without written permission;

  • Create social media accounts that appear to be official Xtreet accounts;

  • Modify Xtreet logos or trademarks in a misleading manner;

  • Represent themselves as Xtreet; or

  • Use Xtreet intellectual property for unrelated purposes.

Xtreet may require an affiliate to remove or modify promotional materials that violate these Terms.

8. Affiliate Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly state their relationship with Xtreet whenever disclosure is required by law, regulations, platform policies, or advertising standards.

Any disclosure should be easy to notice and understand. It should be placed where consumers can see it before or when they view the related recommendation or affiliate link.

An example disclosure is:

Affiliate Disclosure: I am an independent affiliate of Xtreet. If you use my link or promotional code to purchase a qualifying service, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliates remain responsible for ensuring that their disclosures satisfy the requirements applicable to their particular promotional channel and jurisdiction.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Affiliates must follow all applicable privacy and data-protection laws when collecting or handling personal information.

Affiliates may not collect, keep, sell, share, or otherwise handle personal information on Xtreet’s behalf unless Xtreet has given them specific written permission to do so.

If an affiliate uses tracking technologies, cookies, pixels, or similar technologies on its own website, the affiliate is responsible for providing any required privacy notices and obtaining any legally required consent.

Affiliates should not ask customers for sensitive personal information through affiliate promotional channels unless Xtreet has specifically authorized them to collect it.

10. Refunds, Cancellations, Chargebacks, and Disapproved Transactions

Commissions are payable only on qualifying transactions that remain valid and eligible under the Program.

A commission may be reversed if:

  • The customer cancels the transaction;

  • The customer receives a refund;

  • The transaction is subject to a chargeback;

  • The transaction is determined to be fraudulent;

  • The transaction was generated through prohibited promotional activity; or

  • The underlying service does not qualify for commission under the Program.

If a commission has already been paid but later becomes invalid because of a refund, chargeback, or other qualifying reversal, Xtreet may deduct the amount from future commissions or recover it in another way when allowed by law.

DMV filings or services may not earn a commission if they involve fraudulent submissions, invalid documents, or other circumstances that make the transaction ineligible under the Program.

11. Commission Validation and Payment

All commissions are subject to verification and validation before payment.

11.1 Pending Period

Commissions will be held as pending for 30 days from the transaction date to allow for the applicable verification, refund, cancellation, and chargeback processes.

The Program’s tracking-cookie duration and commission validation period are separate mechanisms and do not guarantee that every transaction will result in an approved commission.

11.2 Payment Schedule

Approved commissions will be paid according to Xtreet’s established payout schedule through the payment method available to the affiliate.

Payout Frequency: Commissions will be paid once per month, subject to the following conditions:

The current minimum payout threshold is:

$50 USD

If the balance does not meet the minimum payout threshold, it will carry over to the next payout period until the required amount is reached, subject to the Program’s applicable rules.

Available payment methods may include PayPal, Wise, or direct bank transfer, depending on availability and affiliate eligibility.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any required tax documentation before payment can be processed.

11.3 Tax Documentation

Affiliates are responsible for complying with their applicable tax obligations. Xtreet reserves the right to request tax forms, documents, or other information required by law before processing commission payments. Affiliates must provide the requested documentation when necessary.

12. Traffic Monitoring and Fraud Prevention

Xtreet and its Program technology providers may review affiliate activity to check compliance, confirm accurate transaction tracking, prevent fraud, and manage the Program properly.

Xtreet may ask affiliates to provide information about their traffic sources, promotional methods, websites, advertising campaigns, or other activities connected to their affiliate accounts.

If an affiliate’s activity appears unusual or differs significantly from normal traffic patterns, Xtreet may temporarily hold commissions while it conducts a reasonable review.

Xtreet may take appropriate action where prohibited, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant activity is identified.

13. Affiliate Account Suspension and Termination

Xtreet may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if it determines that the affiliate:

  • Violates these Terms;

  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity;

  • Generates invalid or prohibited traffic;

  • Makes misleading claims;

  • Violates applicable laws or advertising policies;

  • Misuses Xtreet intellectual property; or

  • Otherwise engages in conduct that may materially harm the Program or Xtreet.

Upon termination of their participation in the Program, affiliates must immediately stop representing themselves as Xtreet affiliates and discontinue the use of Xtreet’s promotional materials, trademarks, and affiliate links.

Commissions from valid transactions completed before termination may still be paid, provided they meet these Terms and pass any required validation or reversal checks.

14. Program Changes

Xtreet may modify the Program, including commission rates, promotional requirements, payment procedures, eligible services, or these Terms.

Xtreet may notify affiliates of important changes through the affiliate platform, website, email, or other appropriate communication methods.

Where permitted by applicable law, continuing to participate in the Program after the revised Terms take effect means that the affiliate accepts the updated Terms.

15. Independent Relationship

Taking part in the Program does not make an affiliate an employee, agent, partner, joint-venture participant, franchisee, or part of any other formal business relationship with Xtreet.

Affiliates operate independently and are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, taxes, advertising, and compliance with applicable laws.

Affiliates may not make commitments or representations on behalf of Xtreet unless expressly authorized in writing.

16. Contact and Support

Questions about the Xtreet Affiliate Program, promotional activities, commissions, or program requirements should be addressed to the Xtreet Affiliate Program team through the designated support channel.

By joining or participating in the Xtreet Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
