Friendly service, but long wait.
Walked in after making an appointment online. I was in and out in under 10. Had to renew license and get realid.
The staff here were really nice and helpful. If you have everything you are required it’ll be quick and easy. I needed some extra stuff but they were very helpful on guiding me with it.
I am older than I like to admit. So when it comes to DMV testing I require a PAPER HANDBOOK. I just bought my dream Harley, so I need to upgrade my license. Did not have an appointment, but was allowed to walk right up to the counter and ask for the handbook. Was provided one really quickly. Surprise. Fastest trip to DMV in a long time.
I was dreading my test but I do have to say the Tulare DMV was very efficient, everything ran smoothly. I even had fun taking my picture. How often does that happen? I did my part in setting up my registration online, then I had all my documents in order for my real California ID, so everything went like clockwork once I got there.
I would give it a 5 star but the place is so small but overall I highly recommend this place the staff is super nice and weight time is not bad and I been to a couple
Representative Mick was an awesome ray of sunshine within the dreaded DMV office! He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Was out within 10 minutes with all of my questions answered and paperwork I needed!
I’m not sure how to spell his name but I think it’s meck he has a long beard buff guy man that guy is awesome.. I got what I needed done. If you see this meck I really appreciate you good job
Started literally by the Cricket store. Wait time was maybe 15 minutes outside!! Not bad for a warm afternoon. Customer service was great. Carolers and Michelle were working there and they were Awesome!!
Drove close to two hours for my daughter's driving test. So glad I did!!! Super nice people!!! The location is a bit weird, the service was AWESOME!!!
This was a very fast easy pleasant experienceThis was here was a very fast pleasant experience I was in and out within a half hour I need a drivers license I had to take was a vision test I'll be important documents that they needed and give them $36. This is what I call a beautiful
Fast, smooth service. Had an appointment with minimal wait time. Raeleen was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She made the whole process very painless and easy. All I can say to the general public is read directions and bring in your required documents. It's that simple.
I visit DMV locations throughout CA for work & this, although small, has been the friendliest group I've come across of far. I highly recommend.
I was beyond impressed on how professional the employees were not only to me but others as well. I was there for about an hour had an appointment at 10:30. Worth the drive to be treated so kindly. Thank you Tulare DMV. I know you guy's have a bad rap but the team today minus a kinda rude guy in station one were awesome.
