Very well organized once you get through the line to get your number. It's not exactly disabled friendly when there is a line out the door, but that's more the people in the lines not wanting to let the disabled person OUT of the building, not wanting to move aside from their place in line, I think. They had zero problems with my service dog accompanying me.

Make an appointment! I made one about a week ago and today I was in at 10:47am and out at 11:01am. I think that's a personal record for me and I've been using various DMV's around California since 1978. The people were nice, knew their job and got my license renewal taken care of quickly!

Not your old DMV!! Let me tell you when I say I was dreading going in to renew my license, I was DREADING it! This was by far the most efficient, friendly, DMV experience I have ever had. I didn't have an appointment and was in and out in 30 min! The staff was helpful and smiled which was an added bonus! Good job guys, whatever you are doing, it's definitely noticed and working!!

I had an appointment at 10:20 and I walked in at 9:30 for my registration and they took me RIGHT away! The process was SO easy and I was in and out within five minutes. The staff was so nice and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a DMV! Make an appointment; totally worth it! I've never walked out of a DMV with a smile on my face. Thank you!

Get there when they open and even without an appointment you'll be out within an hour. They had someone tell you if you had all your paperwork before the doors open so if you were missing something you'd know before waiting in line. They let disabled go first so they didn't have to wait in line.the guy at the door helping was so nice and awesome.
